Greenfield Cooperative Bank and Gagne Wealth Management Partner with Rachel’s Table

Greenfield Cooperative Bank President Tony Worden and Merrill Gagne, owner of Gagne Wealth Management in Greenfield stepped up to meet the need after Jodi Falk, Director of Rachel’s Table, a program of the Jewish Federation of Western Massachusetts, shared that there is a food shortage affecting Franklin County meal sites and pantries. Falk, after Rachel Berggren of Franklin County Community Meal Program (FCCMP) let her know that food supply chain issues were resulting in empty shelves for their pantry and no meat for their meal sites, began two campaigns – one to ask local businesses to help purchase meat for a month for FCCMP, Stone Soup Café and Salvation Army Greenfield, and the other for a county-wide food drive for nonperishables. GCB is proud to be the first business to step up and create a food drive in our Franklin County branches!
