Volunteering with CAPV’s VITA Program

We were thrilled to join Community Action Pioneer Valley on WWLP’s Mass Appeal to discuss our partnership with their VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program. With programs like VITA, eligible households work one-on-one with volunteers to file their tax returns for free! Senior Commercial Credit Analyst and VITA volunteer, Erica Josephson, joined Janna Tetreault, Associate Director of Programs at Community Action, to highlight the program, plus other great services offered by CAPV.
